At Dose Care, we are committed to providing a safe and exceptional shopping experience. Because the health and safety of our customers is our top priority, we follow a clear and specific exchange and return policy that complies with health and commercial regulations.
First: Can the products be returned or exchanged?
All personal care, beauty, and nutritional supplement products are non-refundable and non-exchangeable for the sake of public health and safety after receipt — except in the exceptional cases below.
Acceptable exceptional cases:
1. The product arrived damaged or broken upon receipt.
2. Receiving a product that does not match the order (a different or incomplete product).
⚠️ Essential requirement: You must contact us to report the issue within 24 hours of receiving your shipment, attaching clear photos showing the problem (a photo of the unopened shipping box and a photo of the damaged product). We regret that we cannot accept any requests after this time.
Second: Steps to submit a replacement or return request
If you meet the above conditions, we are happy to assist you through the following steps:

Explain the problem fully, attaching the required photos and videos — a photo and video of the shipping box before the packaging was opened, and a photo and video of the damaged product.
3. Review
The request will be checked and reviewed by our team within 1-2 working days.
4. Implementation
If approved, we will bear the cost of return shipping, and coordinate with you to send the replacement product or issue a refund.
Third: General guidelines for returning funds

The refunds will be processed via the same original payment method, and the process may take 7 to 14 business days to appear in your account depending on the policy of the bank or service provider (Tamara, Mada, Visa).
Original shipping fees
Original shipping fees paid upon ordering are non-refundable under all circumstances.
