Return and Exchange Policy





At Care Doses, we care about your satisfaction and your experience with us, so we have provided you with a clear and easy return and exchange policy.




First: Can products be returned or exchanged?


No, because in general, products are not returnable or exchangeable, due to health and safety reasons, especially for care and beauty products.




A refund can only be requested in the following cases:

  • The product arrived damaged or broken.
  • Receiving a product that does not match the order (different or incomplete product).



Important note:

You must contact us within 24 hours of receiving the order and send photos showing the problem.

Example: A picture of the box before opening the product packaging and a picture of the damaged product.





Steps for submitting a return or exchange:

  1. Explain the problem and attach photos of the case.
  2. The application will be reviewed within 1-2 days.
  3. If approved, we will coordinate with you to return the product and send the amount or send a replacement.



Important Notes ⚠️:


  • Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the error is on our part.
  • The amount will not be refunded until: the product is received from the customer, inspected and confirmed to be unused and in its original condition.
  • We apologize for not accepting any return or exchange requests after more than 24 hours have passed.
