We are committed to ensuring that your orders arrive safely and as quickly as possible within the Kingdom and to the Gulf Arab countries.
Order processing — speed is our priority
Immediate processing upon order confirmation
Once your order is confirmed, we immediately begin preparing and carefully packaging it, and it is delivered to the shipping company within just 24 hours of the order time — Sunday to Thursday.
Don't wait too long!
Note regarding Friday
Friday is our official day off. Orders placed on Friday will begin processing on Saturday and will be handed over to the shipping company within 24 hours of processing starting.
Seasons and official holidays
During Ramadan, Eid, and public holidays, processing and delivery times may be affected due to increased demand. Any changes will be announced via our social media accounts. For inquiries, please contact customer service in advance.

4. Receipt
Please ensure your shipping information is correct. If you are unavailable, the delivery person will contact you to schedule an alternative appointment.
